Tift ® - Trauma Integrating Flow Therapy
What is Tift?
Tift is a new generation therapy designed to work with a wide range of issues, especially complex trauma (CTSD). Developed in 2021 by Dr. Anandi Janner Steffann. To learn more about Tift go to www.tift.consulting
Key benefits of Tift:
-
Suitable for everyone: Especially important for people with complex trauma and those looking for solutions without revisiting past experiences.
-
Focus on the Present: Tift is focused on solving current problems.
-
Minimal trauma exposure: Immersion in traumatic experiences is minimal, all resources are directed to the process in the present.
-
Comfort zone: The entire therapy process takes place in the comfort zone, creating the necessary safety and directing the body's resources to recovery and development.
The result of Tift therapy is a new level of resilience, the ability to cope with current circumstances and build healthy relationships.

Feedback
"My nervous system regularly surprises me. Triggers that used to throw me off balance for a long time have either not affected me at all or have become much less severe. When something does throw me off balance, I return to normal much more quickly."

"I am surprised to find that I now ask questions and comment freely during training. I am interested. A year ago, I was always looking at the clock, waiting for everything to end. It was as if I had come out of the corner where I had sat in silence since childhood, afraid of being noticed.”
Ekaterina S., 46 years old.
"Tift therapy has given me something I didn't even hope for when I started working with it. It's not just symptom relief, it's working with the basic structure of the personality. Yes, it took many years, but years would have passed anyway. I have not become enlightened and invulnerable, but instead of the black hole and the inner critic, I have an inner supportive adult who is always on my side."
Svetlana K. 39 years old.
My request was initially about the freezing and burning in the solar plexus area that I experienced in response to aggression or in a conflict situation. This reaction gradually diminished and disappeared after half a year. Now I can defend and protect myself without feeling uncomfortable and recover quickly. I have learned to say "no" for myself.
I communicate and interact with people much more easily and more often, something that was also difficult for me (I felt like I was in the background), in other words, I have gained confidence in my voice and my actions, which makes me very happy from the inside.
Also, thanks to my condition, I began to interact with my son in a more sensible way, trying not to shout, etc., which is also related to the regaining of strength after the session.
Every time I came to a session I was sure that I would get an effective result from Yulia.

Therapy helps to assess the realism of goals. It helps to get in touch with the real situation with the support and understanding of the therapist. Thanks to therapy I am still able to cope. The therapist is like a coach who knows how to race and knows how to distribute the load.

After all the work I did at Tift, everything that had been on hold for years started to move forward. I wake up earlier now. I cook a lot and enjoy it, I listen to podcasts to learn a language, I garden. I have traveled a lot in the last year. Moving and going to new places doesn't overwhelm me anymore, and although I get tired, I don't collapse like I used to.
I have been able to set healthy boundaries with my mother and stop catering to her demands like I used to. I have also been able to create the support system I need in my new place, and I feel like I can live my life with more pleasure and enjoy the results of my work.
